Home Check Plus can make your dream home a reality! Our custom luxury home building experience is as unique as our clients and their homes. We don’t build cookie cutter homes. Or even homes where you select from X, Y & Z options. Each home we build is one-of-a-kind; specifically tailored to our clients – their needs, design styles and budget.
We have clients where we are part of the collaborative process from the beginning and we put their ideas on paper; drawing the house plans. Others come to HCP with plans from an architect. We have clients who like to be very involved with every aspect; selecting the materials and finishes. Other clients put the design and selection process in the hands of HCP and a designer. We have clients who have a budget in mind. Other clients are more flexible with their budget. Regardless of what type of client you are, we can build a home that’s perfect for you.
We believe building a new home should be an exciting and pleasant experience. We listen and guide you throughout the process; ensuring you are happy with your home building experience. You can trust Home Check Plus to deliver quality workmanship that we are known for and a home you can enjoy for many years to come.

St. Cloud Country Club Residence
The design of this beautiful stately house reflects the homeowners’ lifestyle; showcasing their artwork collection and views of the golf course. At 9,500 square feet, we designed the house to maximize the lot size. The layout includes main floor living and space for guests, expansive entry area for entertaining, and hidden four stall garage with front courtyard. We partnered with Mark Suess Designs, who created a home that’s a perfect balance of luxe and elegance, yet comfortable and inviting. The home is equipped with the latest design elements and smart home technology.
With sprawling views of the Sauk River, it was important the design of this house capture the landscape and scenery in every room. A modified Frank Lloyd Wright architecture style was fitting as many windows and open concept were essential in the design. Our client wanted a home they could retire in, so we incorporated low maintenance and smart technology elements. The home also features a large kitchen, attached garage and back shop garage.
Rustic Timberframe Residence
Our client wanted to build their retirement dream home in the woods and that is exactly what they got with this timberframe style house. Major design elements include high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and a two story stone wood-burning fireplace. The home’s exterior also features a turret and large porch for socializing.
