Office Manager & Controller
Steve started his career with Dale Gruber Construction in 1994 as an estimator and controller and assisted with the start up of Home Check Plus in 1997. Along with his every day duties of managing the finances and office, he provides assistance throughout the building process including drafting contractors, writing change orders, and developing the warranty booklets after project completion. Steve is also trained on all the AIA forms used in the construction industry. As our longest-standing employee, he’s incredibly loyal and trustworthy. Steve is the one who signs payroll checks, so naturally he’s the favorite among HCP employees.
Education: St. Cloud Technical & Community College
Hobbies: Spending time with family, attending sporting events, fishing and hunting
